Service providers usually connect to UniPay through the Axis Sync Engine, installed beside their billing system. It publishes your bills to UniPay and posts the payments it collects into your ERP. It reaches your ERP through a bridge: one for Promun, one for Sage Pastel. Install the engine and the bridge for your ERP on the same Windows server.

Axis Sync Engine Publishes bills to UniPay and posts payments into your ERP. Windows service with a local dashboard. Download MSI Releases
Promun bridge Connects the Sync Engine to Promun (OpenEdge). Windows service, 32-bit. Download MSI Releases
Sage Pastel bridge Connects the Sync Engine to Sage Pastel (v10.1). Windows service, 32-bit; a setup wizard finds your Sage companies. Download MSI Releases

Download MSI always gets the current stable release — the one Axis Solutions has promoted for general use. The releases page lists every build, newest first, with the stable one marked at the top. Install a newer build only when your Axis Solutions contact asks you to.

A specific version is always at the same address, so you can reinstall exactly what you had.

  • A Windows server that can reach both your billing system and https://online.unipay.co.zw (or https://test.unipay.co.zw while testing).
  • Administrator rights to install Windows services.
  • Your UniPay service provider credentials — see Environments and access. The Sync Engine uses them to connect to UniPay.
  • For Promun: the OpenEdge client on the same server. For Sage Pastel: Sage Pastel v10.1 installed there.

Your Axis Solutions contact normally installs and configures these with you the first time. Before upgrading, check with them — and back up the bridge’s configuration.

Integrating directly instead? You don’t need any of these — see Publish bills and Collect payments.
